DevOps Engineer
Client: Operator of B2B marketplace and retail platform for food and grocery. The business reengineers the food and grocery value chain using technology and design. It provides a marketplace platform connecting retailers with brands and producers.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and improve AWS infrastructure supporting a high-velocity B2B commerce and fintech platform. You will focus on making infrastructure more reliable, observable, automated, and resilient while working closely with engineering teams to improve deployment and developer productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Own the AWS infrastructure end to end
- Design, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure
- Proactively identify and fix fragile infrastructure before production failures
- Own CI/CD pipelines for Java/Spring Boot microservices end to end
- Build reliable deployment and rollback mechanisms
- Improve build times, reduce pipeline flakiness, and make deployments reliable
- Handle production incidents and ensure issues are properly understood and resolved
- Write postmortems focused on identifying the real root cause
- Build runbooks, on-call rotations, and escalation paths
- Track and improve MTTR, deploy frequency, and change failure rate
- Build monitoring infrastructure, actionable alerts, and system-health dashboards
- Manage infrastructure through Terraform or equivalent IaC
- Ensure infrastructure changes are version-controlled, reviewed, and tested
- Improve developer productivity through faster builds, cleaner environments, and self-service tooling
- Automate repetitive manual infrastructure processes
