Devops Engineer Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python or Bash.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, security, and performance.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure costs and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS/ECS, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch).
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Good understanding of Linux, networking, cloud security, and monitoring tools.
• Experience in production troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills: Distributed systems, Kubernetes autoscaling, AWS cost optimization, Kafka/SQS, and GitOps tools such as Argo CD.
