DevOps Engineer
Summary
Senior DevOps/DevSecOps engineer on-site in Bangkok who owns Terraform and multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure, runs GitLab CI/ArgoCD GitOps pipelines with canary/blue-green delivery, serves as primary on-call/incident commander, drives secure-SDLC maturity (OWASP SAMM/ASVS, PDPA), operates PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka, and coaches 2–4 engineers.
Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer
Responsibilities
Own Terraform and multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure, including upgrades, capacity, and cost
Run GitLab CI and ArgoCD/GitOps pipelines with progressive delivery (canary, blue/green)
Set SLOs and error budgets; serve as primary on-call and incident commander for SEV-1/2
Lead blameless postmortems and drive lasting fixes
Drive secure-SDLC maturity (OWASP SAMM/ASVS), supply-chain security, least-privilege IAM, and PDPA-aligned controls
Operate PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka in production
Coach 2–4 engineers, write RFCs, and lead multi-quarter platform initiatives
QUALIFICATION
3+ years of Network/Infrastructure experience (4+ preferred), with proven ownership of production systems
Hands-on experience with on-premise infrastructure
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and able to explain your cloud architecture or past projects in the interview
Production Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI (or similar), and ArgoCD (or similar)
Observability with SLO design (Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or LGTM)
On-call and incident command experience
Working knowledge of secure-SDLC, OWASP Top 10, and least-privilege IAM
Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go
