Job Responsibilities:- Design and implement automated deployment solutions that eliminate manual processes, improve developer productivity, and enable engineering teams to deliver software faster and more safely.
- Configure system, storage and networking parameters for virtual machine deployments on the VMware platform.
- Monitor system stability and performance after deployment, and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Handle incident resolution and project-based tasks related to server deployments.
- Apply security best practices in server installation, configuration and administration to protect custody infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or similar infrastructure engineering role.
- Experience in Linux (Ubuntu & CentOS), virtualization technologies (Oracle & Vmware),database management (MySQL), monitoring/operational intelligence products (Prometheus, ELK) and best security practices for server installation and administration.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the self-motivation to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, as this role requires regular liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the Group.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital asset custody.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
