DevOps engineer maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure for DAC.digital's partnership with an AI operating system provider: building and troubleshooting Helm charts, running the observability stack (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Grafana), and managing stateful databases and secrets. Pure B2B contract, Polish/CET hours with a 4-8 PM core overlap and the rest flexible.
At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our strategic partnership with a leading AI operating system provider.
Key information:
- 23 000 – 27 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
- 20 000 – 23 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)
Working hours:
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Polish time / CET) remaining 4 hours flexible
It is vital that you have:
- Fluency in English (min. C1);
- strong expertise in Helm, including creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex Helm charts;
- experience managing the full observability stack, including Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo;
- basic understanding of OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics collection;
- experience managing stateful databases in Kubernetes, using tools such as PgNative or Temporal Operator;
- knowledge of secret management solutions, such as OpenBao or External Secrets;
- skills in using Grafana to build dashboards and visualize data;
- working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- high communication skills;
- eager to learn and share knowledge;
- willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic systems monitoring or AI frameworks
