Join a team of DevOps Engineers working at the intersection of platform engineering and AI-first software development. You will collaborate closely with software developers at one of Scandinavia’s largest software development companies, helping shape how modern software is built, deployed, and enhanced with AI.

Responsibilities

  • Support software engineers in Git workflows (GitHub, pull requests, basic branching strategies)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Deploy and operate applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
  • Write automation scripts to improve development and deployment processes
  • Use and maintain DevOps tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Prometheus)
  • Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, builds, and deployment issues
  • Follow established software delivery practices and contribute to improvements

AI Engineering And Developer Experience

  • Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) in daily work
  • Support teams in adopting AI tools and workflows
  • Assist in maintaining internal AI tools and simple automation workflows
  • Integrate basic AI capabilities into CI/CD or developer workflows
  • Follow best practices for secure and efficient use of LLM APIs

As part of the team, you will work with:

Containerization and Orchestration:

  • Build and maintain Docker images for applications
  • Work with Kubernetes clusters (deployments, scaling, basic troubleshooting)

CI/CD:

  • Implement and maintain pipelines for containerized applications
  • Collaborate with developers to support CI/CD adoption

AI Engineering:

  • Assist in building simple AI-based automations (e.g., scripts, helpers)
  • Work with LLM APIs in a limited scope (API usage, basic integrations)
  • Support experimentation with AI use cases in development workflows

Must-have Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
  • Basic experience with Kubernetes (deployments, troubleshooting)
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar)
  • Basic understanding of APIs (REST, authentication concepts)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
