DevOps Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, automate CI/CD pipelines, and manage Kubernetes workloads to ensure scalable, secure deployments for enterprise clients.
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the delivery, automation, and reliability of enterprise‑scale cloud platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, observability, and infrastructure automation. In this role, you will collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, enhance platform stability, and support modernization initiatives. You will contribute to building scalable, secure, and highly available environments while helping drive DevOps best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment, configuration and maintenance of cloud‑based infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Assist in cloud migration, modernization and platform optimization initiatives
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability and operational stability across environments
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or similar tools
- Automate operational processes, infrastructure provisioning and routine administrative tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by reducing manual interventions through automation
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes, deployment consistency and engineering productivity
- Manage and support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor system health and performance using observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus and Datadog
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
- Maintain operational documentation, deployment procedures and technical standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Infrastructure Engineering
- Background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent technologies
- Skills in Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk or ELK
- Competency in Linux administration
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, IAM concepts and cloud security principles
- Capability to work with Git and version control workflows
- Advanced English communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Helm and Kubernetes package management
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation
- Background in supporting APIs, platform services or distributed systems
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale modernization and cloud transformation programs
- Competency in Agile environments and distributed teams
