DevOps Engineer

For one of our clients which is a fast-growing SaaS company building cloud infrastructure at scale, we are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer. If you love Kubernetes, automation, and solving hard problems, read on!

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure for a growing SaaS platform
• Design and manage Kubernetes-based environments using Docker and Helm
• Implement Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning and configuration
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases
• Manage Git workflows and ensure smooth collaboration across engineering teams
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
• Apply security best practices across cloud and deployment environments
• Collaborate with developers to improve system reliability and performance
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve the stack

Requirements

• 2+ years of DevOps experience at a SaaS/PaaS company
• Proficiency in AWS (preferred) or GCP
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Background in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Strong skills in Linux and Shell scripting
• Competency in CI/CD, with GitHub Actions preferred
• Familiarity with Git and GitFlow workflows
• Understanding of security awareness and best practices
• Capability to troubleshoot with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
• Fast learner who enjoys adopting new technologies
• Organized, detail-oriented team player
• Excellent English, written and spoken (B2 level)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with GitOps using Argo CD and Crossplane
• Familiarity with multi-account cloud environments
• Background in scalability, reliability, and performance work in large cloud setups
• Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
