- Lead global release management for the SDW program, ensuring high-quality, timely deliveries
- Coordinate DevOps, SRE, QA, and Operations teams to prepare and deploy releases
- Manage the release roadmap, dependencies, risks, and rollback plans
- Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and communication with international stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and the evolution toward a mature DevOps model
Требования
- Experience managing global releases in large-scale Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Release Management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing international stakeholders
- Knowledge of testing, deployments, and release governance
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High level of English
- Nice to have: SRE and operational excellence knowledge, experience with DevOps transformations, experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, experience in multi-vendor and multicultural environments, continuous improvement and process optimization orientation, disability certificate.
