Задачи

• Build, maintain and extend development platforms for real-time, data-driven applications
• Enable development teams with tooling for CI/CD, infrastructure, observability and cloud operations
• Work with backend, frontend, QA, analyst and architect squads in an Agile environment
• Participate early in the software engineering lifecycle and contribute DevOps expertise to design and architecture discussions
• Support development teams hands-on and drive a culture of shared responsibility
• Create scalable, secure and automated infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes and Ansible
• Operate and optimize cloud-native components, including Opensearch, Redis/Memcached, Nginx, PGSQL, Helm and Kyverno
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment workflows, operational processes and platform reliability

Требования

• Over five years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or related areas
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Fluent Business English, spoken and written
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Amazon Web Services, Strimzi Kafka, Linux and Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset with a passion for automation and process optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical domains
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to explore new technologies
• Structured, reliable and quality‑oriented working style
• Nice to have: Java, SQL databases preferably PostgreSQL, Golang, GitLab CI / Argocd
