What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support FUGA's services and applications.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices into the development lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of our services.
• Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve overall productivity.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring they are optimized for cost and performance.
• Implement security best practices across all systems and applications to safeguard sensitive data.
• Work closely with product teams to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents and ensure rapid recovery of services when issues arise.
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong understanding of software development and deployment practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby to automate tasks and manage systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services such as EC2, S3, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, and experience in setting up pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to manage infrastructure as code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack to track system performance and health.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
