About the Role
We're looking for a DevOps and Infrastructure engineer to join our engineering team and help us build the reliability, observability and automation foundations behind our production platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, improving how systems operate in production, and automating the things that shouldn't need to be done manually.
What you'll do
- Own observability and alerting across our production platforms - building and tuning monitoring, logging, metrics, traces and actionable alerts.
- Deliver and own the Classic monitoring retrofit , including synthetic and heartbeat checks and log shipping, helping move the team from manual monitoring to proactive, alert-driven support.
- Own infrastructure reliability , including cloud infrastructure, networking, environments, configuration, capacity, performance and resilience.
- Support CI/CD and deployment , including safe release, rollback and incident-disable mechanisms.
