The Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage our AWS-based cloud infrastructure. You'll partner with engineering teams to optimize our software delivery pipeline, ensuring secure, scalable systems that reliably process millions of transactions daily.
What You'll Do
Automate and manage AWS cloud environments at scale
Design and maintain observability systems (metrics, logging, monitoring)
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release workflows
Architect and implement Disaster Recovery and High Availability strategies
Enforce security hardening and DevSecOps practices across infrastructure
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code automation
Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and security
Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, Spinnaker)
Deep Kubernetes expertise (CKA certification preferred)
Strong scripting/programming skills (Terraform, Python, Bash, YAML)
Hands-on AWS experience at scale
Proficiency with Git, Jira, Confluence
Experience with modern observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
Strong DevSecOps mindset with "shift-left security" experience
Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Excellent English communication (B2+)
Willing to participate in team off-sites in Wrocław
