About the role
This is a DevOps Engineer role focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. You will work with containerized applications, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code tools to support deployment workflows and system reliability.
Key responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Automate build, testing, deployment, and release workflows
Manage and maintain GitLab repositories, runners, and pipeline configurations
Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
Monitor application and infrastructure performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve system reliability
Implement security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment efficiency and release quality
Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve DevOps processes
About you
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role
Valid GitLab certification relevant to DevOps, CI/CD, or GitLab administration (proof required)
Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, including pipeline creation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
Experience managing CI/CD workflows, automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes
Proficiency in Git, GitLab repositories, branching strategies, merge requests, and code review workflows
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Tencent Cloud
Knowledge of scripting and automation using Bash/Shell or Python
