DevOps Engineer

Summary

Designs, automates, and maintains cloud and on-premise infrastructure for HR tech projects using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Role and tools:

  • Design, configure, automate and maintain on-premise and cloud environments, application servers and databases for internal and client projects.
  • Use AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, Windows, Bash and PowerShell; client stacks may include Oracle Cloud, VMware, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, Oracle DB and PostgreSQL.
  • Deliver cloud migrations and containerization, CI/CD with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines or ArgoCD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Promote DevOps practices, optimize costs and automation, collaborate with clients in agile teams, pair with experienced engineers when needed and explore AI in DevOps.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

  • 2–4 years of commercial DevOps experience.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or similar cloud platforms and cloud migration; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and at least one CI/CD tool: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines or ArgoCD.
  • Linux and Windows administration; adaptability to new tools and technology stacks.
  • English at B2/C1 level, effective communication, teamwork, full‑time availability and ability to work in the European Union.
  • Interest in long‑term development within IT infrastructure and DevOps.

Nice to have:

  • French or German; interest in AI and experience building AI agents.
  • Groovy or Python scripting; WebLogic and other Oracle technologies.
  • Database administration with Oracle DB, PostgreSQL or MySQL; basic SQL.
