DevOps Engineer
Summary
Builds and maintains secure, scalable SaaS infrastructure using AWS, automates CI/CD pipelines, and integrates security best practices into DevOps workflows.
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining our secure and scalable SaaS platform.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and implement secure infrastructure for our SaaS platform using cloud technologies (AWS)
- Automate the software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD) for rapid and reliable deployments
- Integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code analysis
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Develop strong and scalable data pipelines
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and high availability
- Continuously improve DevOps processes and tools for increased efficiency and scalability
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for managing and provisioning infrastructure
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Have a strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
- Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and Elasticsearch
- Have experience with data pipelines (Kafka)
- Are proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Have experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
- Have working knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding principles)
- Communicate and collaborate effectively
- Can work independently and as part of a team
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
