The company develops scalable solutions for use across different markets and jurisdictions. Its next priority is to turn a secure messaging application, originally created for internal communication, into a commercial product for external business clients.

💼 About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of the company's infrastructure and operational processes, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, security, and maintenance of its systems.

We are looking for a proactive, independent DevOps Engineer who can manage infrastructure, establish structured operational processes, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate the work of a system administrator.

The role is based in Ukraine and requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure management.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain infrastructure using Kubernetes and Helm;

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD;

• Manage GitOps-based continuous deployment using ArgoCD;

• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Prometheus and Grafana;

• Maintain centralised logging and log management using Loki;

• Manage secrets and security using Vault;

• Support PostgreSQL database administration and maintenance;

• Independently assess tasks, set priorities and manage workload without constant supervision;

• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and runbooks;

• Delegate tasks to a system administrator, coordinate their work and establish clear, structured operational processes;

• Take ownership of infrastructure reliability and continuous improvement of operational processes.

🎓 Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes – container orchestration and management;

• Experience with Helm – Kubernetes application deployment and package management;

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD – building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;

• Experience with ArgoCD – GitOps-based continuous deployment;

• Experience with Prometheus – infrastructure and application monitoring;

• Experience with Grafana – monitoring dashboards and visualisation;

• Experience with Loki – centralised logging and log management;

• Experience with Vault – secrets management and security;

• Experience with PostgreSQL – database administration and maintenance;

• Ability to independently prioritise tasks and manage workload without constant supervision;

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures and runbooks;

• Ability to delegate tasks, coordinate the work of a system administrator and establish structured operational processes.
