Job Summary
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of how the platform runs across multiple customer environments. This role sits at the core of engineering, responsible for deployments, infrastructure, performance, and reliability.
You’ll work directly with product and engineering teams to ensure the system is scalable, secure, and production-ready across enterprise deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure systems
- Own end-to-end deployments across multiple customer environments (setup, rollout, configuration)
- Collaborate closely with engineers across the full stack
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security standards are consistently met
- Monitor and maintain platform health across live deployments
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
- Establish best practices for scalable DevOps and infrastructure management
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Proven experience in early-stage startup environments (building processes from scratch)
- Generalist mindset with a strong interest in DevOps and infrastructure ownership
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js
- Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus
- Understanding of enterprise software environments (SAP, process intelligence, or consulting ecosystems preferred)
- High engineering standards with a focus on quality, reliability, and scalability
- Strong ownership mentality — proactive in identifying and fixing issues
