DevOps Engineer (HYBRID)
Job Description:
Quevera is seeking a DevOps Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support the Secure the Enterprise initiative in Linthicum, Maryland.
As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, you will help develop capabilities to shift the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.
In this role, you will facilitate infrastructure management, continuous integration, environment configuration, and deployment while supporting the project's compliance and security posture. You will focus on delivering the automation that enables other teams to operate smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of additional Software Engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
- Candidates must have experience with at least one (1) of the following:
- Linux system administration (CentOS 7 or Red Hat 8).
- Docker.
- Python scripting.
- AWS, C2S, or other cloud experience.
- GitLab Pipeline.
- Ansible Pipeline.
- NiFi.
- IAT Level II certification is required for 50% of Software Engineer positions.
Desired Skills:
- Elasticsearch.
- Cloud hosting and automation.
