DevOps Engineer IAM

In this role you design, deploy, and maintain IAM platforms across cloud and hybrid environments to enable secure, compliant access. You will automate identity and access processes and work closely with security, infrastructure, and development teams. You help define security and audit policies and respond to IAM incidents, staying current with IAM and DevOps trends. This position offers the chance to shape secure access for a leading financial services group and contribute to cross-functional security initiatives.

• Design, deploy and maintain IAM platforms in cloud/hybrid environments
• Automate identity/access management processes using DevOps tools
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and development teams to ensure access compliance
• Contribute to security, audit and access management policy definition and implementation
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve IAM incidents and issues
• Stay updated on IAM and DevOps trends and technologies

• Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in DevOps engineering with knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proficiency in programming and API design (Python, Java, Go, Bash or equivalent)
• Experience with Cloud systems such as Azure or Amazon and infrastructure-as-code
• Ability to debug across application and infrastructure layers
• Strong understanding of system architecture and platform components
• Team spirit, autonomy, rigor and ability to work in an agile environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Swiss resident or willing to relocate
