DevOps Engineer

DevOps engineer builds and maintains secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for a fintech division, using Azure, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Prometheus, and Grafana to deploy and monitor financial transaction systems.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a Development Operations (DevSecOps) strategy to ensure quality software and infrastructure deployments and overall application health, security and performance.
Responsibilities
- Deploy product updates and fixes, and provide high level technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer from a large company
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), Jira, Azure, ArgoCD
- Strong knowledge about Azure compute, networking, security, AKS (Certificates as a plus)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience managing on-prem environments
- Experience with collecting metrics (Prometheus) and monitoring dashboards (Grafana), Azure monitoring and KQL
- Knowledge of bash, Python, Groovy, Istio
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL

The role is based in Łódź, Poland. We are working in a hybrid model with at least one visit to the office per month. If you prefer to work fully on site, our office is always open for you.
