Задачи

• Set up and operate customer sandbox and cloud environments;
• Define and perform operational tasks based on service operation best practices;
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and configuration processes;
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment templates;
• Administer Linux-based systems and cloud environments;
• Support containerized and distributed applications;
• Improve monitoring, observability, reliability, and troubleshooting processes;
• Integrate customer-specific identity, networking, API, and DNS requirements;
• Adapt automations to changes in cloud and CI/CD platforms;
• Collaborate directly with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Требования

• Practical experience with one or more public cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or T-Cloud Public;
• Strong understanding of cloud operations and Infrastructure as Code;
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or comparable Infrastructure as Code tools;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or managed Kubernetes services;
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, scripting, and automation;
• Solid Linux system administration skills;
• Experience with operational support, troubleshooting, and error analysis;
• Understanding of testing, monitoring, and reliable service operations;
• Structured and solution-oriented working style;
• Strong communication skills;
• English proficiency at B2+ and German proficiency at B2+;
• Nice to have: Experience with GitLab or GitHub pipelines and templates, identity and access management solutions such as Keycloak, ADFS, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID, cloud networking components, Application Gateways, APIs, customer-specific DNS, cloud monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus, Web Application Firewalls, database system administration.
