Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Has 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Has deep experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Able to design, build, and manage end-to-end monitoring systems for applications and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, etc.)
• Understands the concepts of metrics, logs, and traces in distributed system architecture
• Able to create operational monitoring dashboards that are informative, real-time, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical teams
• Able to design monitoring architectures that are scalable and highly available
