DevOps Engineer in Skopje building and maintaining cloud solutions for clients: designing AWS architectures, providing on-call support, and automating deployments. Core stack includes AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes with Helm, CI/CD tools, Bash/Python, and observability via Datadog or CloudWatch.

- Work in a professional environment with a team of experienced engineers
- Provide on-call support and incident resolution for a mature client environment, ensuring continuous stability and high availability
- Design architectures to meet the standards and cost-effective requirements of our customers
- Work on improvements of the current architecture and platforms
- Be highly professional and solution oriented with a focus on the client’s business needs and requirements
- Embrace and promote a Cloud Platform Engineering mindset focused on scalability, reliability, and automation.
- Bring your own experience and share it with the group as well as be open to learning new technologies
- Have fun while doing the things above
- 2+ years of professional DevOps experience on projects deployed to AWS
- Advanced skill-set in any Infrastructure as Code tool preferably Terraform
- Advanced experience with CD/CI Tools suitable for different technology stacks
- Understanding of Database concepts and involved in the design phases in the past
- Solid knowledge and understanding of scripting languages (Bash, Python)
- Expert in Linux operating systems and container orchestration/virtualization
- Solid experience in Kubernetes or any other orchestration tool.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes package management and deployments using Helm
- Solid experience in observability tools like Datadog or Cloudwatch.
- In-depth understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Experience and Involvement in the design phases of software architectures
Nice to have
- Certification with any of the top public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge and experience in using AI tools to speed up development
- Experience and knowledge in the following services in AWS: EKS, ECR, S3, RDS, Elasticache, Opensearch, Amazon MQ.
- Experience in CI/CD using Gitlab Pipelines
- Experience in migrating entire infrastructures or parts of infrastructures
- Belief in the DevOps culture within a team and organization
