Devops Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions to enable secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and OpenTelemetry.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python to improve deployment and infrastructure management efficiency.
- Manage Linux and Windows environments, including system administration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance tuning.
- Support application deployments on JBoss and Apache servers.
- Configure and maintain messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ.
- Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to drive DevSecOps practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments on AWS and virtualization platforms.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience in DevOps practices, Agile delivery, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux administration skills with exposure to Windows environments.
- Experience with JBoss, Apache, and enterprise application deployments.
- Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of VMware and virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balancing, firewalls, and subnets.
- Scripting experience using Bash and/or Python.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
- DevSecOps implementation experience.
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience designing scalable infrastructure automation solutions.
