DevOps Engineer

About the role

This is a DevOps Engineer role responsible for managing release pipelines, code releases, deployments, and product updates. You will set up and maintain DevOps tools, infrastructure, and environments, and automate and continuously improve deployment and CI/CD processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage release pipelines, code releases, deployments, and product updates

• Set up and maintain DevOps tools, infrastructure, and environments

• Automate and continuously improve deployment and CI/CD processes

• Support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments

• Monitor system performance, usage, and Azure/CRM dashboards

• Handle configurations, incidents, production issues, enhancements, and support requests

• Maintain CRM environments, licenses, and related documentation

• Ensure deployment packages are reviewed, validated, and ready for release

• Support SDLC, governance, project requirements, and technical documentation

• Participate in continuous improvement, technical training, and knowledge-sharing activities

About you

• Can start ASAP

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps

• Strong understanding of development, operations, DevOps, and Agile practices

• Experience in System Administration or SaaS application support

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure Services

• Experience with Azure DevOps, source code management, and CI/CD tools

• Knowledge of relational databases and n-tier web applications

• Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and other network protocols

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Experience supporting banking or financial applications/systems is preferred
