Your Role
As a DevOps Engineer, You Will
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated software delivery.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Automate deployments, configuration management, and operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, platform, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices.
- Support containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Improve monitoring, logging, observability, system performance, and platform reliability.
- Investigate incidents and pipeline issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that enhance automation and operational stability.
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, and DevSecOps principles are integrated into engineering processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is a plus.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, IT security principles, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
