Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer, You Will

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated software delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
  • Automate deployments, configuration management, and operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, platform, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices.
  • Support containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Improve monitoring, logging, observability, system performance, and platform reliability.
  • Investigate incidents and pipeline issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that enhance automation and operational stability.
  • Ensure security, compliance, governance, and DevSecOps principles are integrated into engineering processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, IT security principles, and infrastructure automation.
  • Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
