DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes, Linux, Outside IR35

Senior DevOps engineer on a 12-month outside-IR35 contract for a secure UK government programme, building and implementing on-premises, cloud and CI/CD solutions. Core stack is Kubernetes, Linux and Azure with Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab and Jenkins; active UKIC DV clearance is essential.
Our client has a need for a Senior DevOps Engineer with active UKIC DV Clearance. The role will excitingly cover a broad range of skills, using the latest cutting-edge technology. It will suit individuals who have a strong hands-on DevOps Engineering background, and strong Kubernetes, Linux, and Azure/Cloud experiences in having worked on large secure government programme previously. Any SecOps or Zero experience is highly advantageous, as is hold relevant DevOps, Cloud or Technology certifications.
Working in a dynamic project environment, this will be a long-term 12-month initial contract, covering both enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies. You will be part of the team building, design, implementing solutions on-premises, Cloud and DevOps. You will need strong hands-on source control experience – GIT, Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Jenkins. You will have strong automation experience building CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience on source control management like GIT, VSTS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD.
This role requires a self-starter DevOps Engineer who can hit the ground running and who thrives in consistent learning, picking up enhanced DevOps approaches to solutions built.
