Job Description
Join our growing technology team and help maintain and support our cloud platform and enterprise applications. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys working with Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and system operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern DevOps technologies while supporting critical platform services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user onboarding and offboarding across platform services.
Administer user access and permissions for servers and applications.
Perform regular access reviews and security compliance activities.
Execute password rotation for system, application, and service accounts.
Manage SSL/TLS certificate renewals and updates.
Plan and perform monthly server patching and emergency security updates.
Support application deployment and base image lifecycle management.
Assist in security vulnerability assessment and remediation activities.
Monitor platform health, system availability, and incident detection.
Provide operational support to the DevSecOps Platform team.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and operational manuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Linux Administration, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
Experience administering Linux servers.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with user access management and security best practices.
Experience with server patching and system maintenance.
Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates and certificate management.
Understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Experience creating technical documentation or operational procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in a collaborative DevOps environment.
Nice to Have
Docker or Kubernetes experience
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Bash or Python scripting
Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or Nagios
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
