Summary

The main function of this role is to design and implement a scalable infrastructure for loan processing, ensuring high efficiency and automation in workflows. The primary objective is to facilitate seamless automation from application through to loan approval while collaborating closely with various teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting Loan IQ.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools.

  • Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.

  • Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Other Details:

This position is hybrid, requiring presence in Gdańsk, Poland for three days a week, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic banking environment.
