- Proven experience in Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms, including architecture, configuration, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end environment setup.
- Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Generative AI solutions, or similar AI-powered development and productivity platforms.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and related automation frameworks.
- Strong development experience in Java/J2EE technologies, including designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with development and monitoring tools such as Eclipse, Splunk, and similar software engineering toolsets.
- Experience with code quality, code review, and static analysis tools such as SonarQube, Crucible, and related platforms.
- Thorough understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience monitoring, tuning, and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for cloud provisioning, deployment, and operational management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
