DevOps Engineer (Mid-Level)
Summary
Mid-level DevOps engineer at an Istanbul-based DevOps/SRE consultancy, working on-site with client teams to build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with tools like Terraform and Ansible, run Kubernetes workloads, and set up monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help our clients improve their infrastructure, strengthen automation, and keep their systems reliable.

We help our clients design, build, and operate reliable infrastructure. Drawing on experience with international companies, financial institutions, and startups, we help teams bring their ideas into production.
What you’ll do
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for client projects.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads.
- Set up and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Work with client development teams on deployments and incident troubleshooting.
- Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
- Work closely with the team in our office, sharing ideas and solving challenges together.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP or Huawei Cloud
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Git workflows.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and Helm.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
- Ability to communicate clearly with client engineers, document technical decisions, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
