DevOps Engineer (Middle)

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to maintain our IT infrastructure, automate CI/CD and keep our production services running reliably.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Kubernetes, Docker and Docker Compose
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Maintain Nexus Repository and SonarQube
• Administer Linux servers and virtual infrastructure
• Support physical servers, networks and VPN
• Monitor systems, diagnose and resolve issues
• Organize backups and service recovery

Requirements:

Linux & servers

• Solid Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian)
• Understanding of server hardware: CPU, RAM, RAID, HDD/SSD
• Experience with IPMI/iDRAC/iLO and VMware ESXi or Proxmox

Kubernetes & Docker

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Docker Compose
• Knowledge of Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, Secrets, PVC
• Ability to deploy and troubleshoot applications

CI/CD

• Experience configuring GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners
• Working with Git, Nexus Repository and SonarQube
• Basic Bash scripting

Networking & VPN

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, VLAN and routing
• Knowledge of WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec
• Experience with Nginx, reverse proxy and SSL/TLS

Databases & storage

• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Understanding of MinIO and S3
• Backup and recovery skills

Monitoring

• Basic experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues

Nice to have:

• Helm, Argo CD, Ansible, Terraform
• HAProxy, Patroni, NAS/SAN
• Keycloak, SSO, OAuth 2.0
• Experience building fault-tolerant infrastructure
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps or AIOps
• Deploying AI models, working with GPU servers and AI services

What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration
• Ability to solve technical problems independently
• Understanding of infrastructure end to end, from the physical server to the application
• Responsibility, initiative and a systematic approach to work
