DevOps Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or DevOps Team Lead leading engineering teams and enterprise DevOps initiatives.
• Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar DevOps platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing cloud-native deployment strategies and infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and microservices architecture.
• Experience supporting event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, WebSockets, and GraphQL integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or lodging industry.
• Hands-on development experience with ReactJS, Node.Js, or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Bash or other Unix scripting languages.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, or equivalent Azure certifications.
• Experience with enterprise architecture or solution architecture.
• Experience with distributed systems, scalable applications, and high-availability environments.
