DevOps Engineer

In this Azure DevOps Engineer role, you will design and implement the enterprise DevOps strategy to enable scalable, secure infrastructure in a financial-services context. You’ll join the Infrastructure Team to support Azure-based landscapes and delivery pipelines, working across Linux, cloud, and automation domains. The position offers significant impact in transforming how IT supports trading and client services, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, globally-connected environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliable, efficient software delivery and platform reliability.

• design and implement the enterprise-wide DevOps strategy
• transform and manage the Azure landscape to meet business needs
• develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• manage infrastructure as code using IaC tools (Terraform)
• work with DevOps tooling (Git, Azure DevOps, Ansible) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes)
• support monitoring and observability using Splunk, Prometheus, Datadog
• collaborate with cross-functional teams across banking/financial domains
• ensure security, IAM, and API gateway considerations in deployments

• Banking/Financial Markets/Investment Banking background essential
• experience with Azure, Linux, IaC, Terraform
• proficiency in CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps
• hands-on with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
• scripting with PowerShell, Python, Go, Git Bash
• exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk/Prometheus/Datadog)
• understanding of Microservices, SQL, Agile methodologies
• familiarity with API Gateways and IAM practices
