DevOps Engineer

Summary

The DevOps Engineer will support production sites, manage incidents to meet SLAs, and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Argo, and werf. The role involves migrating client applications to Kubernetes and requires experience with Linux and major cloud platforms.

What you will do

  • Support many production sites.
  • Manage accidents to keep up with the Service SLA.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using our various stack — GitLab, Argo, werf.
  • Migrate the client's applications to Kubernetes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience with Linux.
  • Experience in managing Kubernetes installations.
  • Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding how modern web applications function and having experience operating them.
  • Able to express themselves technically and professionally with the English Language (B2).
  • Proficiency in Russian is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.

Conditions

  • Annual income gross: €65000 – 80000.
  • Remote from the EU: a valid work permit from any EU country is required.
  • Or relocation to Ulm, Germany. Visa sponsorship will be provided when needed.

Hiring process

  • HR interview: 30 minutes.
  • Technical assessment task: 3–4 hours.
  • Technical interview: 1.5 hours.
