Apply to join our new platform initiative and take ownership of building a centralized performance testing automation platform for games development. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to design and deliver a unified system that aggregates performance data from multiple game engines, processes results, and clearly highlights performance issues.

You will play a key role in defining the software architecture, database schemas, and overall system experience, while helping to track and visualize optimization progress over time. As this is a brand‑new platform with no prior internal equivalent, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape its foundations and influence how performance testing is approached across our game development teams.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain a platform (applications, integrations and infrastructure) supporting gaming department

  • Partner closely with software architects, game developers, QA, and operations to remove bottlenecks and improve delivery

  • Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines

  • Script repetitive tasks and develop self-service tools for developers

  • Design and manage infrastructure

  • Implement and manage containers, stand up and manage VMs

  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting

  • Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable.

We are looking for Engineers that:

  • Are curious, with a desire to learn and the ambition to quickly become a self-reliant, top-notch software engineer,

  • Equally enjoys coding applications and managing infrastructure

  • Keep up to date with modern web technologies,

  • Easily and openly communicate in English.

And on the technical side, we need:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, build automation, delivery and deployment

  • Good understanding of concepts like CI/CD, GitOps, configuration management, cloud platforms, version control, automation, monitoring, analytics, containerization, and microservices architecture

  • Comfortable coding in at least one programing language (preferred: Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, Python, C++/C#)

  • Experienced in code collaboration in Git,

  • Experienced in containers orchestration in Kubernetes,

  • Good knowledge and practical experience managing Cloud infrastructure. OCI is a huge plus.

  • Experience standing up and maintaining Windows and/or Linux VMs

  • Bonus: hands-on experience with Unreal Engine

  • Bonus: hands-on experience scripting in BuildGraph

  • Bonus: hands-on experience in code collaboration using Perforce
