DevOps Engineer (PEGA CDH)
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on PEGA CDH experience to join a banking platform focused on customer decisioning systems. The role combines platform support, development, and integration work within a structured, production-critical environment.
The engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the PEGA platform, supporting integrations with core banking systems, and ensuring stability of business-critical decisioning processes. This is a hands-on role requiring both operational awareness and development capability, with close collaboration with business users and external vendors where needed.
• Monitor the PEGA service, detect anomalies and errors, and support platform stability
• Participate in on call or duty support where required
• Fix issues in the PEGA platform or its integrations, either directly or through coordination with vendors
• Develop and customise PEGA services, including data flows
• Support integrations between PEGA and banking systems
• Prepare and deploy installation packages in cooperation with business users
• Work with incident and defect management tools such as Jira
• Ensure proper documentation, quality, and timely delivery of changes
Requirements
• Experience working with PEGA CDH
• Minimum 1 year of experience, with preference towards 3 years
• Experience working with tools for defect and ticket management such as Jira
• Ability to work in a structured environment with production systems
• Good English communication skills, minimum B2, required for communication with vendor support

• Experience preparing test data
• Broader experience in DevOps, platform support, or integration environments
