Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Platform Team) in Poland for a project modernizing cloud infrastructure and building scalable platform engineering solutions for data-driven services.
The company is a global technology provider offering data analytics and AI-powered solutions that help organizations understand customer behavior, optimize marketing, and make data-driven decisions.
The project focuses on modernizing the cloud platform behind a global TV technology and audience analytics ecosystem, including Kubernetes, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, observability, and deployment processes.
Responsibilities:- Designing, migrating, and modernizing Kubernetes manifests to align with centralized tooling and ArgoCD.
- Upgrading and maintaining core platform components (e.g., cert-manager, external-dns, Kyverno) to ensure stability and performance.
- Identifying and addressing observability gaps using VictoriaMetrics and Grafana.
- Providing engineering support for platform maintenance and expansion.
- Resolving operational tickets and supporting internal teams.
- Delivering tested and validated pull requests meeting company standards.
- Maintaining documentation and summaries for changes and resolved tickets.
- Ensuring development rollouts meet schema and volume requirements.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must-haves:
- Experience In Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure for 5+ years.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS (preferred) and/or GCP
- Strong commercial experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters (10k+ vCPU)
- Strong Python coding skills and commercial experience as a software engineer
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps-based deployment approaches
- Experience operating and supporting production cloud infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD, build, and deployment automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Experience with API-first service design.
