Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer at Bank MAS, an Indonesian digital bank, building and maintaining reliable, secure cloud infrastructure for banking services. Day-to-day: managing AWS infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, automating with Infrastructure as Code, monitoring production systems, and supporting scalability and disaster recovery.
Bank MAS is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our technology team. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and optimize reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure to support our growing digital banking services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, preferably using AWS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Support infrastructure scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related role.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and cloud security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
