Summary
Design and implement cloud-native DevOps pipelines and infrastructure for federal agencies, focusing on IaC, CI/CD, and security while ensuring compliance and scalability.
You Are:
The DevOps Engineer will define data migration and modernization architecture, including data product architecture. They will implement data lifecycle management strategies.
The Work:
- Leverage, customize and implement methodologies to improve the overall quality of applications and systems
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of systems and provide design recommendations
- Architect and design end to end applications and solutions for specific business needs and provide implementation guidance during delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, security, and several other engineering disciplines around DevSecOps.
- Oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments -- including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud.
- This can include cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Configuring and/or managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- DevOps, cloud engineering, or modern software delivery
- Implementing DevSecOps engineering disciplines, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, configuration automation, containerization, and security tooling.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with experience evaluating system performance and recommending solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
