DevOps Engineer (Securities Firm/Up to 60K + bonus/ Multiple Headcounts)
Ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure, Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and Kubernetes clusters/containerized applications.
Infrastructure Lifecycle Management: Plan, manage, and optimize physical machines and virtual machines (KVM, VMware)—across their full lifecycle.
Perform Linux kernel tuning, performance bottleneck analysis, and deep-dive troubleshooting to resolve low-level resource and system-level issues.
Drive the establishment of an automated operations system; develop and maintain infrastructure and application-level tools to boost deployment, monitoring, alerting, and incident-handling efficiency.
Conduct system performance analysis, resource cost optimization, and capacity planning to drive continuous architectural evolution.
Track cloud-native and industry trends, introducing appropriate tools and methodologies to elevate overall operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Bash, Python, or Go) with proven automation development experience.
Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems, with hands‑on experience in system tuning, troubleshooting, and kernel parameter optimization.
Deep familiarity with Kubernetes architecture, core components, and ecosystem tools
Experience with mainstream virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware) and management tools
Comprehensive understanding of Docker internals and best practices, including image building, optimization, and security hardening.
Middleware & Infrastructure: Strong familiarity with microservice‑supporting middleware and infrastructure:
Load Balancing: LVS, Nginx, HAProxy
Application Servers: Tomcat, Spring Boot
Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
CI/CD: Proficiency in CI/CD workflows and toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), with experience in pipeline design and optimization.
Cloud Platforms: Practical experience with major public clouds (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud)
