DevOps Engineer (Security/Monitoring/Reliability)
Summary
Builds, secures, and monitors a cloud-based financial platform using GCP and private cloud, automating infrastructure and collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure reliability and compliance.
Work environtment
Within Financial Processing/Issuing Processing division, platform management team deploy and manage overall the new cloud-based platform for our customers.
This include :
- Build and evolutions of platform infrastructure & services, based on GCP & Private Cloud
- Support new customer projects & existing customers on the platform
- Provide solution, tooling & automation to internal DevOps squads
- Make evolve the platform as per internal strategy, regulation & security standard
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure platform support current and future expectation in term of performance, reliability & security
- Identify & qualify point of improvements with expert communities & build improvement plans.
- Coordinate improvements plan deployment at platform & software level
- Improve observability on platform performance & reliability, identify new approach to improve issues detection.
- Implement regular vulnerability & penetration tests & monitor resolution plan
- Implement security standard, support internal DevOps squads
- Support SRE & service managers to take over and manage the related service
- Collaborate and build good relationship with all stakeholders involved: Solution development teams, E2E test team, production support team, Cyber Defense Center, Customer Project teams, management, change & release managers, etc.

- Broad technical skills (java application development & production support, db, system, network, security) in Cloud based infrastructure, ideally GCP & AWS, and strong experiences in DevOps
- Solutions & tooling: Kubernetes, Linux, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MQ, Kafka, Dynatrace, Loki/Prometheus/Grafana, gitlab-ci, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
- Good communication and facilitator skills
- Experience in technical project management required
- Languages: fluent in English
