Brief Role Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll champion the ownership of long-term platform health, developing and executing a proactive reliability and infrastructure roadmap while helping automate safeguards, monitoring, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and own reliability and platform improvement initiatives as a core part of the DevOps charter.
- Build, operate, and continually refine CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Establish and improve system-level safeguards and operational standards.
- Centralize and manage diverse environments to reduce complexity.
- Ensure incidents lead to systemic platform improvements, not one-off service patches.
- Guide developers with safe defaults, tools, and shared best practices.
- Track work with structured tickets and communicate proactively with product teams.
- Maintain ISO-compliant documentation and readiness for audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Proven track record with CI/CD automation and operating Kubernetes clusters.
- Familiarity with environment management and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent incident management, communication, and documentation skills.
