We’re partnering with an established organisation looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their enterprise IT team in Melbourne.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience across DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems administration or IT support who is looking to build their capability across AWS, Azure, identity, automation and enterprise platforms.
The Role Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology services across a global environment. You’ll gain exposure to AWS and Azure, identity and access management, CI/CD, scripting, networking and security.

The Role Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology services across a global environment. You’ll gain exposure to AWS and Azure, identity and access management, CI/CD, scripting, networking and security.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and maintaining cloud resources across AWS and Azure
- Monitoring environments, responding to alerts and assisting with incident resolution
- Providing L1/L2 technical support and troubleshooting escalated issues
- Supporting identity and access management across Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD and M365
- Working with Infrastructure as Code templates and supporting cloud configuration changes
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
- Using Bash, Python or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks
- Assisting with DNS, VPN and general networking troubleshooting
- Maintaining technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles
- Supporting security and compliance activities within the environment
- Around 2–4 years' experience within DevOps, systems administration, cloud support or a similar technical role
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
- Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments
- Basic scripting capability across Bash, Python or PowerShell
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN and TCP/IP
