DevOps Engineer Signavio + AI (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:

Develop, operate, and continuously improve SAP Signavio workflows, Signavio interfaces to connected platforms and AI-enabled process solutions

Implement, test, and deploy changes while ensuring stability of productive systems

Respond to incidents, prioritize work items, and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (reaction time, resolution time, availability)

Support the capture and clarification of customer and business requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
-
Support SAP Signavio administration, including platform configuration and user management
-
Collaborate with training, process quality assurance, and engineering teams to improve services and operational standards
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree with a technical focus from an accredited institution
-
Solid DevOps engineering background with minimum 5 years experience in:
-
Cloud-native, service-oriented architectures
-
Java script
-
Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI
-
BPMN 2.0 based process engines
-
SAP BTP deployments
-
Docker and container-based deployments
-
CI/CD pipelines like Azure Pipelines
-
Debugging and maintaining distributed systems
-
Basic AI engineering knowledge, including:
-
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
-
Agent frameworks (e.g. Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain)
-
Experience working in agile environments
-
Practical experience in business process management and business process modeling using BPMN 2.0
-
Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and high sense of ownership

Fluent communication skills in English are a must
Nice to have (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):

Familiarity with LLM-based agent architectures and orchestration patterns

Exposure to MLOps or AI lifecycle management
-
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in AI-heavy systems
-
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in globally distributed, multicultural teams
