DevOps Engineer
Summary
SkyCrew is hiring a DevOps Engineer in Multan, Pakistan to design, build, and implement the company's DevOps processes and tools, automating build/deploy pipelines and keeping systems reliable and scalable. Core tech includes Python or Java, Ansible or Puppet, CI/CD, AWS or Azure, and Docker or Kubernetes.
As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for the design development and implementation of our companys DevOps processes and tools. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth integration of code releases and deployments. Your expertise in automation monitoring and troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing developing and implementing efficient DevOps processes and tools
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of code releases
- Automating build deployment and testing processes
- Monitoring systems for performance issues and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Identifying areas for improvement in the development process to increase efficiency
- Ensuring the security and scalability of our systems
- Documenting processes and procedures for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Strong understanding of CICD pipelines
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
