DevOps Engineer (Software engineer) Collibra

Build and maintain Collibra’s data-governance platform and integrations, automating pipelines and cloud infrastructure on Azure.

Join us to power the future of Data Governance as a Software Engineer driving scalable platforms and infrastructure (Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalogue).

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of golden paths and self-service tooling repo/pipeline/environment automation, SDK/CLI/templates for data governance and cataloging services
  • Platform Management: Administer and maintain the Collibra platform, including upgrades, configuration, scalability and performance optimization
  • Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Collibra and other enterprise systems (e.g., data lakes, BI tools, metadata sources)
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
  • Security & Compliance: Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure security and compliance

Who you are

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Application management
  • Have hands-on experience with Collibra (Collibra Certified) configuration and integration
  • Have strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data governance frameworks
  • Have experience with REST APIs, Java, Python, for integration development
  • Have advanced hands-on cloud fundamentals (Azure), IaC, CI/CD
  • Have a good understanding of identity, secrets, network, and policy-as-code

You will work closely with data stewards, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure Collibra is effectively integrated into our data ecosystem and supports our strategic data initiatives.
