The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and production operational processes that enable the product team to deliver value quickly, reliably, and securely.

They work across the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with the PM, Tech Lead, and Software Engineers to bridge the gap between development and production operations, engaging with the SA during the strategy and discovery phase, and working consistently with the BA, TA, and infrastructure teams.

The DevOps Engineer champions best practices in automation, monitoring, incident management, and system optimization.

They ensure the product is scalable, capable of reliably handling production-level data volumes and workload, secure, production-ready, and remains stable and available at all times, both from initial deployment and throughout upgrades.

Required profile.

  • Automate code deployment to production.
  • Design and manage the technical architecture.
  • In collaboration with the TA, guide software engineers on production operational challenges and product observability, e.g. relevance of logs.
  • Monitor and ensure platform operability and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, both proactively and reactively (L3 support), within a defined SLA.
  • Ensure environments are reliable, scalable, reusable, and secure.;
