We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will work across our product verticals and international entities, turning data into strategic decisions. You’ll also be expected to bring AI fluency to how the work gets done — not as a buzzword, but as a real multiplier for your output.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Build and manage secure, scalable environments on GCP and AWS.
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Apply and evolve Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions.
• Own monitoring and logging across the stack using Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, and New Relic.
• Actively respond to incidents in high-traffic production environments — diagnose fast, fix properly, and prevent recurrence.
• Take part in the on-call rotation via Opsgenie (one on-call day per week).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of building secure, scalable environments on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred).
• Solid Linux systems knowledge — administration and core troubleshooting.
• Scripting and automation skills in Bash or Python.
• Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Infrastructure as Code experience: Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt.
• Experience with GitHub or Bitbucket CI/CD tooling (we use GitHub Actions).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, New Relic.
• Database experience: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with caching and message queue systems: Redis, Kafka.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, TLS.
• Familiarity with cloud security practices such as IAM, least privilege, and secrets management.
• Experience managing high-traffic production environments, with hands‑on incident response, fast reaction, and accurate diagnosis.
• Willingness to join the on‑call rotation.
• Experience working across multiple products or teams is a strong plus.
